NRC Decant Scheme

Project Overview; Decant works from Northern Regional college Coleraine to St Joseph’s College Coleraine and Northern Regional College Ballymoney. The project will also consist of refurbishment works at St Joseph’s college.

Shantallow Community Centre

 

 

 

 

 

 

Current progress; Roof works progressing well with preparation done for structural steel and block work to begin.

Project Overview; Demolition and provision of a new build and extension and refurbishment of the existing Community centre to provide a 2,250m2 completed facility. The new facility will include offices, Sports Hall, Minor Hall, Gymnasium, Training rooms, Changing facilities, Multi-purpose area, Conference room, Lift and Stairs and plant room.

James Road Hillsborough

Current progress; Houses 1-9 have reached wall plate level with roof tiles currently being installed also.  Superstructure block and brickwork underway on houses 10-22.

Project Overview; The work generally comprises of the construction of 22nr Affordable Homes involving two storey semi-detached and detached houses consisting of mini-piled / CFA (low noise/vibration) type foundations, pre-cast concrete ground floors, timber upper floors, masonry loadbearing external cavity walls (150mm cavity) and timber pitch roof.

The works will also include all associated site development, landscaping and boundary treatment works and to be completed with mechanical and electrical services installations and all associated mains utility supply and waste water pumping main station
