Main Street Kells

Current progress; Structural steels have been erected, ground floor blockwork package complete, slabs installed

Project Overview; Construction of a new two story building comprising of seven residential units with associated car parking and site works. Time frame is 52 weeks.

Market Street

Current progress; 04/02/2019 Roof coverings progressing, internal rendering well underway, first fix M&E has been completed.

Project overview; Market Street, is a second new development involving the construction of a 4 story apartment block containing 10 apartments. The small size of the site and urban location means that deliveries have to be very tightly managed.

Charles Street

Current progress; Works progressing well and site nearing completion.

Project Overview; Charles Street is a brand new development involving the construction of a 3 story apartment block and 2 semidetached houses. Due to the location and nature of the site being located on a busy high street and the works involving the demolition of existing buildings, we have to implement a detailed traffic management plan for this project.
