The proposed works involved completing 8 No. partially constructed dwellings, which were currently at the ground floor slab level. The scope included all associated site works, utility services, landscaping, and the completion of remaining boundary treatments.
The Works at Black’s Gate consisted of the completion of 43 No. currently partially completed single storey, 2 storey, 3 storey dwellings and own door apartments, complete with associated site works, road works and landscaping.
