This project involved the completion of 93 units, which included partially finished single-storey, two-storey, and three-storey dwellings, as well as own-door apartments.
Additionally, a new three-storey building with 12 dwelling units was included, along with the construction of a 16-unit apartment block.
The works also covered associated site development, road works, and landscaping. A small community hub on the ground floor was also included for fit-out.
