Creevagh Heights is a Social Housing project on behalf of Radius Housing, creating a mix of 119 homes, semi-detached dwelling houses and apartments.
The project is being completed along side the refurbishment of the existing Sean Dolan’s GAC building.
Radius is working with Sean Dolans GAC, Ulster GAA, Derry City and Strabane District Council, the Housing Executive and the Department for Communities, to ensure all aspects are in place so the project can realise the wide ranging economic and social benefits for the local community and wider area.
