This project consisted of constructing 11 No. houses of traditional, detached & semi detached, with associated siteworks including drainage and landscaping. We worked with Kevin Cartin Architects on this project.
P&K McKaigue oversaw the demolition of the existing block of maisonettes. The site was piled and a substantial, 100m long, 5m high dry-stack retaining wall was constructed to retain the natural topography of the site. All associated roadworks, site works and extensive landscaping were carried out in full compliance with planners’ demands.
