This significant project, delivered on behalf of Choice Housing Ireland Ltd, will involve the safe demolition of two existing apartment blocks, asbestos removal, and the design and construction of 20 high-quality new homes for active elderly residents and individuals with complex needs.
Phase 1 also includes extensive site development, parking, landscaping and infrastructure works – all carried out with a strong focus on resident safety and minimal disruption. Phase 2 will consist primarily of civil infrastructure and associated works.
