The contract is to deliver 18 new dwellings for Clanmil Housing Group.The project includes a mix of General Needs and Wheelchair Accessible homes, consisting of:
- 5 Townhouses
- 1 Single Storey Dwelling
- 12 Apartments
In addition to the homes, the development will include associated site works.
