Our works started with the internal reconfiguration of the plan layout of part of the building to reduce the number of rooms, meaning each resident had a new room layout with an ensuite. This reconfiguration had an impact on the mechanical and electrical services within the rooms. The building was also extended to allow for a covered walkway from the car park to the entrance.
We worked with Knox & Markwell Architects & Presbyterian Church in Ireland on this project.
