We are delighted to have been awarded this unique contract at Queen’s University Belfast in association with Consarc Design and Diocese of Down & Connor.
Works have now been completed on site for this extensive refurbishment and extension project which has provided a newly refurbished Chapel, multipurpose and admin/office areas on the GF. 42 new student accommodation studio rooms on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, including new wing extensions.
The building has also received new roof coverings, windows, doors and curtain walling, siteworks and a landscaped courtyard area.
