This project involved the construction of 22 Affordable Homes in Hillsborough, Co. Down.
The homes comprise of two storey semi-detached and detached houses, consisting of mini-piled / CFA (low noise/vibration) type foundations, pre-cast concrete ground floors, timber upper floors, masonry loadbearing external cavity walls (150mm cavity) and timber pitch roof.
We worked with JNP architects on this project.
