The project comprises the clearance of the existing sites and the construction of 33 new dwelling units at Glenmanus Road, 22 Glenmanus Village, and 7 Parker Avenue, Portrush. The works will also include all associated external works, including earthworks, drainage and utility installations, landscaping, roads, footpaths, parking areas, private gardens, fencing, railings, and all other ancillary works.
